Hi lovelies,
Below is a link to a trailer we filmed a couple of weeks ago to promote Open For Inspection, which I wrote the music for.
Yes, that's me singing -- the actress who performs this role in the play wasn't available to shoot on this day so I stepped in. It was done in less than two hours... all very maverick! Very fun and has come up well.

"Ovid's Metamorphoses" is coming to New York!
"Ovid's Metamorphoses" has won the Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award!
From the New York Times:
A new theatrical adaptation of Ovid’s “Metamorphoses,” set in World War II Britain and mixing live music, video and puppetry with stage performance, received the Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award on Friday at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The award covers all expenses for a three-week production at Off Off Broadway’s Flea Theater. This new “Metamorphoses,” a retelling of the Roman poet’s mythological tales from the London-based theater company Pants on Fire, will run at the Flea in TriBeCa in January. The production was adapted and directed by Peter Bramley, artistic director of Pants on Fire, with original music by Lucy Egger. Ms. Tambor, a portrait artist and long-time Edinburgh Fringe theatergoer, created the award in 2004 to bring a top work from the summertime Scottish festival to New York each year. Last year’s winner was the Dublin-based Guna Nua theater company’s production of Elaine Murphy’s “Little Gem.”
